Title:  Ost ka ka
Your recipe:  2 gallons 2 percent milk
2 rennet tablets (from pharmacy)
6 to 7 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 pint cream

Warm milk to lukewarm. Disolve rennet tablets in a tablespoon of water. Add rennet to milk and stir it well. Let stand to solidify (about an hour). Break up milk into curds by stirring and pouring off whey. Pour into cheese cloth lined colander and let drain thoroughly. (I let it stand overnight to drain). Add eggs, sugar and cream and stir well. Pour into 3 quart casserole or glass cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1½ hours.
